Instead of hitting the source button go into the OSD Menu by hitting the Menu button on your remote. You need to get to the Video OSD Menu within the TV menu system. I think you are stuck on the PC OSD(On Screen Display) Menu when you hit the source because most of these small TVs were designed as monitors from computer sources.
Once you find the Video OSD you can select the inputs you need and after that I am reasonably sure the source button will then allow you to switch between the inputs.

I can't get that far into the menu... When I get into the menu, I'm only given a second or two before that "no signal input" comes up and interrupts. Then it shuts off. =/
edit: And, when I do access the menu for those split seconds, I notice that there is a TV sub-menu, so it's not on Video OSD, it's on TV OSD...
