Blockbuster has decided to make a policy change without any notice to members of the in store exchange plans.

They now do not send new mail movies until the store rentals are returned to the store. With the constant price changes and policy amendments it wont be long until people grow tired of it and move on to something else.

I for one cant wait for the digital download age to begin. This should give great competition to the rental stores and offer a better value for our hard earned dollar!
