I have a HD digital cable box from charter that has Component and DVI out on the back (no HDMI). I bought a DVI->HDMI cable from monoprice.com because i figured that would look better than component. Well no such luck! The DVI looks FAR worse than component, there is horrible artifacts and the color is way off.

Anyone know what may cause this? Is the cable box just junk?
