Hey dude, the behavior is strange.... The native resolution of the monitor is 1920 x 1080 therefore using 1920 x 1080 should work fine. This is not a sign..

How about other sources via DVI? Cable box or DVD player? Even though lower resolutions do not scale well or look good, do lower resolutions work ok (no cut out /cut in)?
