Hi all,
Got a couple questions on new HDTVz. I am looking at a LG PC3DC Plasma tv. Quesition is, i have a new PS3, and this TV does not have 1080P so i can't play blue ray? Also the resolution is 1024/768p and the contrast is 10,000:1. I need some help on figureing what i should look into.

Is it better to have Higher resolution, or higher Contrast. Not to sound to stupid, but i know very little of anything HIDEF.
My Wega i have now lets me play in 1080I and its great, but its time to upgrade. I'm a gamer, but i have young kids who watch a lot of kids shows. Any info would be freatly appreciated. The gal at Sears didn't give me the info i needed.
