I'm considering buying the Toshiba HD-A2 or a XBox 360 + HD-DVD add-on. I'm not a gamer so the ability to play games doesn't interest me (and I don't really need another time suck )

I'm interested in hearing what others see and the pros/cons of one over the other.

HD-A2:
+ single unit that will integrate better into my home theater
+ hardware player
- need HDMI for sound (or is there a toslink on this system?)

XBOX:
+ can use hd-dvd on my pc
+ download 720p movies from xbox live(?)
- software player
