I have the 37D90U Sharp Aquos LCD with (Midwest) Comcast digital cable connected via HDMI, as well as the 360 connected via component + HD DVD add on (until the elite is released).

I have been waiting two months in pre-order for the Digital Video Essentials disc to be shipped.

I'm wondering how to best calibrate my LCD for Comcast HDMI, and also 360 component. Does anyone have a similar setup that could share their settings? Or does anyone know calibration techniques that I could experiment with on my own?

I'm trying to minimize motion blur, maintain sharpness, and basically get the best picture possible for what I'm working with. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
