Digital Video Essentials HD DVD? What is going on?

I ordered this DVD on March 13th, first it was pushed back until the beginning of April, then Amazon said would be delayed until May 29th. Another hd website states that it's being released April 24th, but I just got another delay notification from Amazon saying that it's now pushed back until June 26th!!!

Can someone validate a release date on this?

Hey dude, I am unable to validate any kind of release date for this title. In fact, the publisher never responded. I will contact them again and see what gives? At this point the title is the biggest piece of vaporware the DVD Market has ever seen.

Good news - My Digital Video Essentials HD DVD finally shipped on April 25th. I should be recieving it on May 1st or so. And I'll post some review comments after I get a chance to use it.

So I receive my DVE HD dvd Monday only to find out it is incompatible with the 360 add-on HD-DVD drive. The video test menus do not work. I read in another post that this is being fixed in the May 7th update? Can anyone confirm this or know a way around it? And does anyone know why this happened? Is it related to the problem with the Children of Men HD DVD?

I downloaded the update this morning and tried the DVE disc again with no luck..... Does anyone have a solution? Obviously the update didn't include this fix.
