BUNGIE just dropped the release date for HALO 3 and it is exactly what I predicted, LATE SEPTEMBER!
I knew the game could not release close to GTA IV because Microsoft wants both HALO 3 and GTA IV to sell systems this fall and holiday. On September 25TH we finally get to "FINISH THE FIGHT" and it should be absolutely AWESOME from a storyline standpoint. I have been finishing up the 4TH HALO Novel and "wow", are we in for some surprises come September 25TH. In addition to Spartan II and Spartan III soldiers still being alive, the ultimate purpose of the Covenant will be revealed. What exactly are they looking for on Earth? I have a good idea but will not spoil things for those looking forward to finding out come September 25TH or for those that plan to purchase the 4 Novels before the release of HALO 3 (I strongly recommend THIS!).
