The Simpsons Movie is off to a good start with some positive reviews which is "very good" as they are one of the oldest institutions on Television. From what I gather, Homer is out of control in this movie which is completely awesome and can only lead to pure entertainment. In some sense Homer has become a cultural icon with antics that glorify mediocrity. The Simpsons lands in theaters nationwide this Friday the 27th.
