Apparently all of the noise over Manhunt 2's violent theme was all for nothing as the game is not scoring very well at all. In fact, the game has received a lowly 4.0 by 1UP, 77 by IGN and 50 by Gamespy. Overall the game appears to be a HUGE disappointment which pretty much dashes my hopes for a decent Wii game to end this year. Yesterday, Reggie "the big mouth" said the Wii is not a fad responding to strong criticism that the Wii has nothing to offer beyond Wii Sports. Sorry Reggie but the Wii is fad, just like Michael Jackson, Big Hair and Fluorescent Colors of the 80's, the Smurfs and those damn Carebears.

Man all that noise over this game and it's in the toilet? WOW. I wonder if they chopped too much of the game and thereby killed it.

PS: Michael Jackson is NOT a fad. I'm no MJ fan or anything but I recognize greatness when I see it. That's like saying "Sooner or later everyone is going to be off this 'breathing in air' phase. It's just a fad" lol

To clarify I was referring to MJ's affect on the opposite sex (just a passing phase).
