Microsoft and ESPN have joined forces to bring ESPN content such as Football games, Poker and ESPN original shows to the 360 Video Marketplace. Being that I am not a big sports fan this news is OK, but for you sports freaks, I assume you will spend lots of time browsing through the selection of material that is currently available. But with the ability to watch most sports games on either cable or satellite, will the purchase of games really matter? I do not know but maybe I simply under-estimate the drawing power of sports.

Live games is one thing. I would have paid a little LITTLE something to see the Lions game this past weekend but not much. And if it's just watching reruns of games then forget it.
