The Nintendo Freight Train continues to roll, Crysis bombs!

Nintendo continues to sell Wii's and DS's like an out of control Freight Train wrecking everything in sight. If you have one hour until the world ends, would you choose a Wii or Sex? Between the Wii and the DS Nintendo sold 2.4 million units while MS sold 700k+ in the same time period. Sony is making head way with 400k+ units based off their latest price cut. In other news, Crysis is NOT doing well as the game requires a MONSTER system to run and those of us with MONSTER systems are still struggling to achieve decent performance therefore we have been waiting for a performance patch that Crytek has promised. With Crysis sales around 66,000 copies, EA and Crytek will need to bring Crysis to 360 (and then PS3) if they hope to recoup their losses on the games development.

The simExchange expects sell-through of 1.06 million Wiis and 1.3 million DSes for the month, each outselling all available platforms on an individual basis.

The firm expects Microsoft’s Xbox 360 to have sold 728,000 units, capturing third place behind Nintendo platforms, followed by solid sales of the PSP handheld, which is forecast to have sold 468,000 units
Story is HERE.
