Well you have pushed too hard and got too greedy for me. I handled the first price increase from 17.99 to 24.99 as well as i could but raising it from 24.99 to 34.99 has pushed me away from doing business with you any longer. I will also let all of my friends and family and online community know how you do business with your loyal customers. Netflix just gained me and i'm sure many others business i hope that was your intention.
p.s. don't bother sending me a canned response of how you needed to do it or anything else.
Chris (New Netflix Customer)
