An Ex-Blizzard Employee has divorced her husband of six years over his extreme addiction to WoW. WOW! I know some people are hopelessly addicted but damn do not give up on your friends and family.. In the end the game will be just that, a game. I wonder if the divorce even "phased" this dude?

I have to tell you for geeks like me who played pen and paper D&D to see the world brought to life like this is absolutely amazing. It is very easy to become immersed into these worlds. I myself play these games alot and honestly do neglect family when i really get into them. Part of getting older with these games is teaching me how to better handle the addiction. I have been playing them since 1999 and feel like an old vet who knows alot about mmorpg gaming. I am almost always in the best guild in the server and am considered a knowledgable player of the game. For people who like Lord of the Rings, Eragon etc. but have not ever played a mmorpg because they thought of it as nerdy trust me millions of people are playing it not just nerds. Give it a shot have fun but try to play responsibly.
