If you are not in the know, EA has recently launched a bid to buy Take-Two. From the second I heard about this, I was NOT happy. EA is buying up some of the better studios and the moves are making me nervous. I do not want to see EA destroy one of the better Development Studios/Publishers on the planet. EA does NOT need to be in control of BIOSHOCK, 2K Sports and the GTA series as EA's reputation for ruining properties is well known and SCARES US GAMERS!
With Take-Two claiming the offer is too low,
will EA go HOSTILE forcing "new management"? I sure hope NOT! Stay Tuned...

While Take-Two execs insist that the bid undervalues the firm, Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter called the offer "more than adequate," in light of the publisher's inability to generate a profit for the last two years.
"We believe that EA’s offer is significantly higher than the amount that would be paid by a major media company, and think that the company is uniquely positioned to derive synergies from a combination with Take-Two. Other prospective bidders are simply not in the same position to value Take-Two as is EA," the analyst added.
