Dropped into Fry's today to grab Beowulf and a HD-DVD Player or 360 Drive for a giveaway this week and to my surprise both were completely SOLD OUT. The 360 HD-DVD sold out this morning at 50 bones and this included previous returns. The A3 sold out right in front of my face at 79.5 bones as two dudes walked off with the last two units just as I arrived.

On the HD-DVD Title front, many titles are on sale already for an average price of 15 bones. At this price you can get nearly 7 titles for a 100 bones vs 3 BLU titles for 100 bones and of course you still need a BLU Player at 400+ bones. The smarts ones will HEED my advise and save a lot of money now (like Evilfud has) or you can spend a fortune now and wait for all of those HD-DVD titles to SLOWLY hit BLU.

Heed YOUR advice?!?!? I was the champion of getting the HD-DVDs on the cheap. The American people know I was the voice for change. LOL
The thing I'm most fearful about is stock selling out too fast. I think I need to make another trip up the street and nab some more HD titles before the pickings get slim.

I've been hitting Amazon.com for a week now, I'm basically upgrading my DVD's with their HD-DVD counterparts, something I wasn't willing to du for the premium price.

You really have nothing better to do huh? Life that empty? Girlfriend or wife leave you? Dog run away? Yes I am so crazy that everyone is buying up these things at a faster rate then BLU will ever achieve. Why buy Brave One on BLU when it can be had on HD-DVD for less? Same with lots of other movies. And for those only on BLU, you can wait for prices to drop on hardware and software and spend the rest of the year watching titles from HD-DVD near 300 available titles and more to come. Again common sense economics prevails.

This tool er i mean toon guy is only trying to get attention as he must lack getting in real life so hes just gonna keep trying to post his hostile opinions. i dont know what the big deal is...ive only paid more than $25 for a new HDDVD release about 3 times EVER...and ive owned since its inception...i paid around $70? for the matrix trilogy when it came out, but other than that the Frys by me always has every movie for $25 or under...there were a few that were $30 but i cant remember seeing one over $30...i went to that frys the other day and everything is still the same prices as usual...for me they gotta get below $20 before i get real interested...but then again ive got just about every good HDDVD movie made...hehe...not much left to buy

I agree with ya 100 percent.. I will be a "little" more patient before dropping the hammer.
