Shortly after the release of the PS3 in 06, Strickland beat up a guy for two of his PS3's. Later Strickland was unarmed and shot in his home through the front door when a cop came calling about the incident. Cpl. Christopher Long who is no longer a cop fired through the door of Strickland's home killing him with a shot to the head. A year later, the Sheriff has apologized and his family is getting 2.5 million from the county via an out of court settlement. What Strickland did WAS COMPLETELY WRONG and UNACCEPTABLE, but cops shooting into peoples homes WITHOUT justification (and knowing "who" is in the house) is FAR WORST than Strickland's bad deed. How did this Trigger Happy Nut Job become a cop to being with (inquiring minds want to know)?
