Max Payne Movie Trailer is LIVE!

Max Payne 1996 - Yes, I have had image all this time! (Very Early Look - Game was released 4 years later)

Max Payne is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE GAMES! The game started development in 1996 (see my screenshot above) and was finally released in 2000 with a kick ass sequel that followed a few years later. Max Payne is a NY Cop on the edge after his Wife and Child were murdered by a greedy drug pushing company. Max is played by Mark Walberg who is REALLY LOOKING the part in the Trailer which makes me feel really good. This is one movie I have wanted for nearly a decade therefore my expectation is very HIGH. The creators of Max Payne is Remedy Studios and these guys are huge JOHN WOO fans which is where Max's "Bullet-Time Slo-Mo" originates from (any fan of John Woo's Hard Boiled starring Chow Yun-Fat knows this). Through-out both Payne games there are references to the great John Woo which is a treat for any fan. Anyway, enough from me, check out the trailer below.

BTW: This Trailer is actually DAMN GOOD. Mila Kunis as Mona Sax is HOT and Beau Bridges as Max's mentor BB should be good. I will never forget when Max asks BB what BB stands for in the first Max Payne game (after Max no longer trusts BB). "What does BB stand for? Back Stabbing Bastard?"
