More Blu-Ray Delay... (Hey! That Rhymes!)


This little announcement caught my eye...

"Sony BD players delayed til Oct
Set-top release now three months after Sony's software launch"

I've been hearing a lot of rumors about the difficulty that Sony faces with actually getting this technology to work well when under mass-replication conditions. I heard that both the players AND the discs themselves face tough challenges in this area - so this kind of delat doesn't really surprise me...
