"Stay Alive" will premiere on Starz tomorrow night (Saturday 03/09/2007) in HD. I have never seen the movie about gamers who begin to die in the same manner in which they were killed in an underground game they have all been playing. Is this movie any good? Will HD make the movie tolerable if it stinks?

So what did you guys think?

UPDATE: Frankly the movie was not bad.. The concept of a movie about gamers is more entertaining then the last few game-movies (Bloodrayne, Alone in the Dark and House of the Dead). Only good game-movies are Resident Evil (both movies), DOOM, Silent Hill and of course MORTAL COMBAT!

Watched it today in HD. Eh. It is what it is. It was ok but nothing great. Some things were pretty dumb though. Main character believes that the video game is killing people and yet the very next sentence he can't believe the girl who tells him that the game seems based on an old tale?!?!?! That part kinda killed it for me. So you can believe Oblivion is killing people from your 360 but you can't believe that there may indeed have been elves in real life? Yeah ok, whatever you say.

That is funny.. I thought the same thing.. I found the Gamer Informer with the game on the cover at the end pretty entertaining even though they released the game on the PS2.

It's probably easier to get 10 broken PS2's on ebay than it's to get 10 broken xbox's. Gotta save that Hollywood budget. lol
