I did a bit of checking around today and it appears that Gamestop, EB Games and Gamecrazy are NOT taking PRE-ORDERS for the ELITE 360 when it becomes available on APRIL 20TH, therefore you will need to prepare to CAMP OUT if you want one (as everything is first come first serve). This blows even though it does give everyone a fair chance to obtain one, but then again, having to camp out is not fair to everyone as not everyone has the time to camp. For me it means that I have to rush home from NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) so I can camp out at the Gamestop down the street. At least the weather should be NICE near the end of April.

I'm very excited about this new xbox BUT why whouldn't they put a HD-DVD player in it to compete against PS3.. In my opinion I think that microsoft just through the add-on drive out there to go up against blueray but deep down inside they know that Blue ray will provale in the end. Don't get me wrong I'm rooting for HD-DVD, but the movies that are coming out so far have been 1 sided for blue ray.. If microsoft truley supported HD-DVD they would of included it in this new console to make it the ultimate one.
