Video Business reports that many retailers have been complaining of HD-DVD and Blu-Ray titles arriving late to stores. Very nice of them to state the obvious. Those of us who beat the streets every week to find these titles are completely aware of the inability of the studios to deliver on time. From the beginning of the whole war, movies are consistently late to retail or not enough copies are available come release day. The studios blame this on the manufacturing process, but the bottom line is if you give a release date one needs to stick to the release date.
