Key West has a line of Touchscreen LCD's that are geared for multimedia presentations and other commercial uses such as viewing a preview of a movie in your local video store. The screen is pretty responsive with only a few issues with using the Touchscreen with small links such as those on a web page. Key West takes basic HDTV LCD's from Sony (and others), applies a pressure sensitive overlay on top of the thin-film of the LCD and then they place glass on top of the overlay to protect the panel from damage. Imagine using one of these on your desk? It is very possible..
