The 5th SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL 2008 will be held from July 19 (Sat.) to July 27 (Sun.) in 2008 at SKIP City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

Now we call for feature (International) and short (Domestic) length works that have been shot and edited digitally. Deadline is March 10th 2008 (Should be reached by). The cash awards will be up to USD150,000 and all nominated works will be projected by 4K projector.
